SALE WORKER
We love our workers! The sale is not possible without you! Click HERE to sign up for a shift(s) or fill out the form below (in the comment section, put your schedule). Ask your husband, parents and in-laws to help you get your hours! Your children can also help (must be 15 or older).
32 HOUR WORKER: *must include Saturday sort, 100% of sales, early shopping at 9 am on Tuesday, early half price shopping at 9 am on Friday, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.
24 HOUR WORKER: *must include Saturday sort, 95% of sales, early shopping at 10 am on Tuesday, early half price shopping at 10 am on Friday, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.
16 HOUR WORKER: *must include Saturday sort, 90% of sales, early shopping at 11 am on Tuesday, early half price shopping at 11 am on Friday, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.
8 HOUR WORKER: *must include Saturday sort, 80% of sales, early shopping at 12 pm on Tuesday, early half price shopping at 12 Pm on Friday, receive consignor check at the end of sort shift, can take all consignor items after sort shift.
TABLES (4 tables minimum): used for early shopping ONLY (1 hour per table, EX: 8 tables = 8 hour worker shop time), click HERE to sign up to bring tables.
BRING A MEAL: early shopping only, 1 meal counts for 5 hours (EX: 2 meals = 10 hours worker shop time). Click HERE to sign up to bring a meal.
*This extra percentage only applies to your first $500 in sales. After the first $500, it reverts back to 70/30.
*Saturday sort is considered 2 pm - until done. Please rucokids@gmail.com if you need approval to work Sunday sort instead (8 am - 4 pm) - very limited spots available.
WORKER POLICY
In order for the sale to run smoothly and to keep things fair, it’s imperative for helpers to work when and where they’ve committed. Carefully consider your schedule and ability to fulfill the job’s requirements prior to registering as a volunteer.
If you sign up to be a work and take advantage of your benefits but do not fulfill your obligations or find a replacement, we will charge a $50 fee, per shift missed, to hire a replacement and you will not be permitted to volunteer with RuCo Kids Consignment Sale again.
Many of our jobs require standing or other physical work. If you have special needs please let us know when registering. We are unable to provide childcare during volunteer shifts. Please do not bring your children with you to your shift unless under 13 months.
Sort is considered Saturday from 2 pm - until done. Dinner is provided if you work this shift. ALL SORT WORKERS RECEIVE THEIR CHECK AFTER SORT IS COMPLETE.
